The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on December 3.

Thomas Edmiston, Highway 22, Gleason, bound over, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses and Activities; bound over, Meth - Possession or Casual Exchange.

Zachary D. Simpson, Shadow Ridge Road, Jackson, bound over, Drivers to Exercise Due Care; bound over, Driving on the Right; bound over, Implied Consent: Enhancement Only; bound over, DUI: First Offense; bound over, Vehicular Assault.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding:

Richard B. Hinson, Old Medina Road, Medina, guilty, Probation Violation - Not Booked, no fine 11/29, supervised probation for balance, probation extended for 11/29.

William Hollowell, Old 22 Lane, Huntingdon, guilty, Public Intoxication, no fine 30 days; dismissed, Resist Stop, Arrest, Search (No Weapon).

Ashley Patterson, Bluebird Lane, Huntingdon, guilty, Probation Violation - Booked, no fine 71 days, probation will not be extended.

Theshia D. Powers, Spruce Street, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation - Booked, no fine 11/29, may be eligible for furlough after 90 days.

Clinton E. Smith, Brown Street, Paris, guilty, DUI: Second Offense, $350 fine 11/29, supervised probation for balance, cannot drive in Tennessee for one year, DUI school, alcohol drug evaluation and counseling, must complete IOP as a minimum; dismissed, Implied Consent - Enhancement Only.

The following case resulted in pre-trial diversion:

Kenzie Nishioka, Cherrywood Avenue, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion, Theft of Merchandise - Shoplifting, no fine 11/29, $37.66 fine to Walmart, no contact with Walmart, must complete 100 hours of community service as condition of probation, supervised probation for sentence.

The following cases were dismissed:

Maurice Lawrence, dismissed, Criminal Trespass.

Leonard Curtis Smith, Veterans Drive North, Huntingdon, dismissed, Registration Law; dismissed, Driving While License Suspended.

The following cases were rescheduled:

Randy Lynn Anderson, Steven Merrell, James Fred Warmath.
