Demarcus M. Robinson, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, bound over, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses & Activities; bound over, Schedule IV Drugs: MFG, Del, Sell, Possess.
The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding:
Luis Martinez Bautista, 23rd Avenue East, Springfield, Tenn., guilty, DUI: First Offense, $350 fine 11/29, must pay $400 restitution, supervised probation for until all conditions are met, unsupervised probation for balance of sentence, cannot drive in Tennessee for one year.
Mark Carey, Dunn Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Probation Violation - Booked, no fine, 10 days, extended for three months.
Charlie A. Davis, Jr., Highway 79 South, Trezevant, guilty, Meth - Possession or Casual Exchange, $750 fine 11/29, supervised probation for balance, cognitive behavioral training course, alcohol drug evaluation and recommendations, can receive day-for-day credit upon successful completion of inpatient rehab.
Michael R. Hampton, Anark Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Drivers to Exercise Due Care, $50 fine, 30 days, unsupervised probation for 30 days; dismissed, Driving While License Revoked; dismissed, Financial Responsibility Law; dismissed, Leave Scene of Accident - Property Damage.
Chad Maceri, Hawkins Lane, Huntingdon, guilty, Schedule IV Drugs: MFG, Del, Sell, Possess, $750 fine 11/29, supervised probation for balance, can get day-for-day upon successful completion of inpatient rehab; dismissed, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses and Activities; dismissed, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange.
Juan Santillan Manuel Martinez, Independence Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses and Activities, $150 fine 11/29, supervised probation for minimum 90 days then unsupervised probation until conditions met, must take steps to obtain a valid license; dismissed, Casual Exchange - Adult/Minor - Schedule VI.
Donnie Skaggs, Gabbard Road, Berea, Ky., guilty, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $250 fine 11/29, supervised probation until conditions met then unsupervised probation for balance; dismissed, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses and Activities.
The following case resulted in pre-trial diversion:
Wesley Bell, Roy Fields, Bruceton, pre-trial diversion, Theft of Merchandise - Shoplifting, 11/29, no fine, $80.53 to Walmart, no contact with Walmart, supervised probation for minimum 90 days then unsupervised probation if conditions are met.
The following cases were dismissed:

Nicole Lynn Will, Hilliard Road, McKenzie, dismissed, Failure to Appear.
