HUNTINGDON (January 7) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on January 7.

The following cases were bound over to a grand jury:

David W. Brown, Old Lavinia Road, Cedar Grove, bound over, Evading Arrest; bound over, Child Abuse/Neglect/Endangerment; bound over, Reckless Endangerment - Vehicle/Misd.; bound over, Driving While License Revoked.

Ramsey William Carter, Park Cove, McKenzie, bound over, Possession of a Firearm Intent to Go Armed - Dangerous Felony; bound over, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses and Activities; bound over, Schedule III Drugs: MFG, Del, Sell, Possess.

Herivia La Shea Strayhorn, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, bound over, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange; bound over, Schedule II Drugs: Cocaine - 0.5 Grams or Greater.

Phillip B. Williams, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, bound over, Accessory After the Fact - Attempt; bound over, Tampering With Evidence - Attempted Sol.

The following case resulted in a guilty plea or finding:

Dalton Allen, Clover Street, Bruceton, guilty, Tamper With/Remove/Vandalize Monitoring Device, 0 fine, $20 fine on contempt, unsupervised probation for sentence balance.

The following case was dismissed:

Carla R. Summers, Hilliard Road, McKenzie, dismissed – cost to defendant, Public Intoxication.

The following cases were rescheduled:

Paul Raymond Buckland Jr., Steven Merrell.
