HUNTINGDON (January 21) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on January 21.

The following cases were bound over to a grand jury:

Anais Benitez, Lexington Street, Huntingdon, bound over, Financial Responsibility Law; bound over, Possession of Handgun While Under Influence, bound over, DUI: First Offense.

Anais Benitez, Lexington Street, Huntingdon, bound over, DUI: First Offense; bound over, Vehicular Assault; bound over, Reckless Endangerment - No Weapon Involved; bound over, Reckless Driving.

Anais Benitez, Lexington Street, Huntingdon, bound over, Joyriding - Temporary Taking of Vehicle.

Eugene M. Cummings, Poplar Woods Circle S, Germantown, bound over, DUI: Commercial Vehicle - First Offense.

Charles Daniel Dunning, Elm Street, McKenzie, bound over, Sexual Battery.

Randy L. Lipford, Salem Road, Humboldt, bound over, Meth - Possess or Casual Exchange; bound over, Casual Exchange - Adult/Minor - Schedule VI.

John Odell Odom, Clarksburg Road, Huntingdon, bound over, Drivers to Exercise Due Care; bound over, DUI: First Offense; bound over, Reckless Endangerment - No Weapon Involved.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding:

Elantraiona J. Burke, Manning Drive, Clarksville, guilty - lesser charge, Drivers License to be Carried and Exhibited, 30 days, payment arrangements through clerk’s office, unsupervised probation for 30 days, must show proof of obtaining a valid Tennessee driver’s license within 30 days.

Charles Daniel Dunning, Elm Street, McKenzie, guilty - as charged, Probation Violation - Booked, no fine, 11/29, can receive day-for-day credit upon successful completion of rehab.

Mindy M. Isaacs, High Street, Mayfield, Ky., guilty - lesser charge, Driving While License Suspended, $250 fine, 11/29, supervised probation for 11/29, unsupervised probation once all paid, must obtain a valid Kentucky license; dismissed, Seat Belt - 18 and Older.

Kenneth Sherill, guilty - lesser charge, Theft (Up to $1,000), no fine, 11/29, no contact with victim’s residence, cognitive behavioral training course, alcohol drug evaluation and recommendation; dismissed, Aggravated Burglary (Habitation).

Phillip D. Stanford, Shades Bridge Road, Greenfield, guilty - as charged, Meth - Possess or Casual Exchange, $750 fine, 11/29, supervised probation for 22 months 58 days, report to jail February 20, 2026, must be in jail or rehab on or before February 20, 2026, 26+CR19 1,2 shall run consecutive for effective 22 months 58 days period, the state agrees that the six-month in length and if successfully completes day-for-day jail credit; guilty - as charged, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses & Activities, $250 fine, 11/29, supervised probation for 22 months 58 days, report to jail February 20, 2026, must be in jail or rehab on or before February 20, 2026, 26+CR19 1,2 shall run consecutive for effective 22 months 58 days period, the state agrees that the six-month in length and if successfully completes day-for-day jail credit; dismissed, Tampering With Evidence.

Stephanie Waynick, Harts Bridge Road, Jackson, guilty - as charged, Probation Violation - Booked, no fine, 15 days, supervised probation for remainder, report to jail January 30, 2026, serve consecutive weekends for last 10 days, probation extended for four months.

The following cases were dismissed:

Khylan Burton, Cobblestone Street, Humboldt, dismissed, Failure to Appear; dismissed, Probation Violation - Booked.

Frederick Jon Godfrey, North Wilson Street, Dresden, dismissed, Driving While License Suspended.

The following cases were rescheduled:
