HUNTINGDON (January 28) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on January 28.
The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding:
Tania L. Doster, Main Street, McKenzie, guilty - as charged, Theft of Merchandise - Up to $1,000, no fine, 11/29, supervised probation for minimum 90 days then unsupervised probation if conditions met, no contact with Walmart, cognitive behavioral training course, alcohol drug evaluation.
Tania L. Doster, Main Street, McKenzie, guilty - as charged, Theft of Merchandise - Shoplifting, no fine, 11/29, $414.36 to Walmart, no contact with Walmart, supervised probation for minimum 90 days then unsupervised probation if conditions are met, cognitive behavioral training course, alcohol drug evaluation and recommendations, report to jail January 30.
The following case was dismissed:
Destiny Nicole Johnson, Moody Street, Huntingdon, dismissed, Driving While License Suspended.
The following cases were rescheduled:
Randy Lynn Anderson, Derek S. Baker, Steven C. Cole, Daron L. Dildine, Adam Richard Seavers.
