James Randall Carter, Republican Grove Road, Atwood, guilty, Probation Violation – Booked, no fine, three months, supervised probation for three months.
Thomas Davidson, Main Street, McKenzie, guilty, DUI: First Offense, $350 fine, 11/29, supervised probation until all conditions are met and then unsupervised probation, cannot drive in Tennessee for one year, ignition interlock, report to serve February 20 at 6 p.m.; dismissed, Speeding.
