Alice Cherie Hill, St. Paul Church Road, Huntingdon, bound over, DUI: First Offense; bound over, HOV; bound over, Vehicle Registration - Improper Use; bound over, Improper Lane Change.

Kyle D. McKennie, Hillview Apartments Drive, McKenzie, bound over, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange; bound over, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses & Activities; bound over, Employ Firearm Intent to Go Armed - Dangerous Felony; bound over, Schedule VI Drugs: Mfg., Deliver, Sell, Poss.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding:

Syndesky T. Bowers, Tracewood Cove, Jackson, guilty, Speeding; dismissed, Registration Expired; dismissed, Driving While License Revoked.

Jeffrey Hampton, Florida Court, McKenzie, guilty, Meth - Possession or Casual Exchange, $750 fine, 11/29, supervised probation for balance, time-served credit 13 days; dismissed, Casual Exchange - Adult/Minor - Schedule VI.

Rockel Humphrey, Hwy 104, Cedar Grove, guilty, Probation Violation - Not Booked, supervised probation for 13 months, no fine, 90 days.

Briana Pugh, Thompson Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Theft of Merchandise - Shoplifting, no fine, 11/29, no contact with Walmart, supervised probation for minimum 90 days then unsupervised probation for balance if conditions met, report to jail March 6 at 6 p.m.

Caleb Riddle, Griggs Chapel Road, Cedar Grove, guilty, Driving While License Suspended, no fine, 30 days, unsupervised probation, time-served credit 10 days, concurrent with Carroll sessions 26-cr-140.

Michael Martin Williams, Republican Grove Road, Trezevant, guilty, Unlawful Possession of Weapon, no fine, 11/29, supervised probation for minimum 90 days then unsupervised probation for balance if conditions met, forfeit interest in firearm.

James William Yon Jr, Park Cove, McKenzie, guilty, Evading Arrest, no fine, 11/29, supervised probation for minimum 90 days then unsupervised probation if conditions are met, cognitive behavioral training course; dismissed, Sexual Offender Registration Form Violation; dismissed, Sexual Offender Registration Form Violation.

The following cases were dismissed:

Tony White Jr., Renfroe Road, Huntingdon, dismissed, Probation Violation - Booked.
