The following cases were bound over to a grand jury:
Christian A. Pishchanetskiy, SR-114, Buena Vista, bound over, DUI: First Offense.
James Fred Warmath, Hwy. 1055, Trezevant, bound over, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia Uses & Activities; bound over, Meth – Possession or Casual Exchange.
The following case resulted in a guilty plea or finding:
Stephen Jaco, North 12th Street, Mayfield, Ky., guilty – lesser charge, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $500 fine, 11/29, supervised probation for minimum 90 days then unsupervised probation for balance if conditions met, cognitive behavioral training course, alcohol drug evaluation and recommendations, time-served credit 19 days.
Lisa J. Townes, Connie Allen Road, McKenzie, guilty – lesser charge, Drivers License to be Carried and Exhibited, no fine, 30 days, payment arrangement through the clerk’s office, unsupervised probation, must make steps to obtain valid license, suspension is owed fine/cost.
Michael Withers, Bartlet Road, Reagan, Tenn., guilty – as charged, Drivers License to be Carried and Exhibited, no fine, 30 days, payment arrangements through clerk’s office, unsupervised probation for 30 days, must make efforts to obtain valid drivers license.
The following cases were dismissed:
Derontra Byrd, Cherry Avenue, McKenzie, dismissed, Probation Violation – Booked.
Armond J. Cloutier, Players Court, Nashville, dismissed, Driving While License Revoked.
Kierstyn Elizabeth McCauley, Gale Street, Paris, dismissed, Driving While License Revoked; dismissed, Light Law – Motor Vehicle.
Kyle D. McKennie, Hillview Apartments Drive, McKenzie, dismissed, Possession of a Firearm with Intent to go Armed – Dangerous Felony.
Michael Landrick Porter, Brown Street, Paris, dismissed, Failure to Appear.
Linda Dinelle Roney, School House Road, Yuma, dismissed, Smoking Vapor Product Sales to Minors, conditioned upon payment of costs vape and 10 hours community service work, vape class and file certificate 10 hours community service work.
Steven Chad Ross, Briar Creek Road, Huntingdon, dismissed, Meth – Possession or Casual Exchange; dismissed, Community Supervision Violation.
The following cases were rescheduled:
