Dylan Lane Bates, Bethel Court, McKenzie, guilty, Drivers License Must Be Carried, Must Stop at All Stop Signs, Violation of Financial Responsibility, $50 fine, 30 days probation.
Kenneth Ray Beckham, Dollar Hill Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Probation Violation, 30 days jail.
Wendy L. Calderon, Highway 124, McKenzie, guilty, Theft, time served, inpatient rehab for 45 days.
Jada Hines, Gleneice Cove, Jackson, guilty, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, the case will be expunged if the defendant meets all post-conviction requirements; dismissed, Simple Possession.
Tristian Hood, Ford Street, Union City, guilty, Simple Possession, Possession of Meth, Failure to Stop at Stop Sign, Violation of Financial Responsibility, Driving Without License, 30 days jail.
Jenus Edward Hussey, Hutchens Road, Martin, guilty, Probation Violation, 11-29 jail, eligible for day-for-day credit upon completion of rehab; dismissed, Probation Violation.
Justin Mackey, Hillcourt, Huntingdon, guilty, Probation Violation, 11-29 jail.
Lawrence Pendergrass, Turkey Creek Road, Dickson, guilty, Public Intoxication, 30 days suspended sentence, served six days jail time.
Jennifer Marie Sargent, Wards Chapel Road, Gleason, guilty, Probation Violation, six months sentence, suspended to 10 days; probation.
Derick Deshaun Staten, Walnut Avenue, McKenzie, guilty, DUI-First Offense, 11-29 jail suspended to 48 hours, not to drive for one year, alcohol and drug evaluation, DUI School, dismissed, Window Tint Violation.
Steven J. Thompson, 423 Lane, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation, 20 days jail.
Jasia Tyson, College Street, Jackson, guilty, Simple Possession, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, record to be expunged if defendant complies with post-conviction rules.
Kenneth Webb, Jr., Buena Vista Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Probation Violation, jail sentence suspended, probation extended for four months.
The following case was dismissed.
Keon Williams, Field Street, McKenzie, dismissed, Assault on Law Enforcement Officer.
