HUNTINGDON (February 26) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on Wednesday, February 26.

Cases bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court included:

Steven Andrew Gilbert, Purdy Road, Huntingdon, bound over on charge of Meth-Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess with Intent; Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Simple Possession/Casual Exchange.

Justin Mackey, Hillcourt, Huntingdon, bound over on charge of Burglary -4 counts, Possession of Burglary Tools.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.

Erica Jonea Armstrong, Everett Street, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion, Simple Possession or Casual Exchange, $250 fine, time served, probation.

Omar Suarez Cruz, Stellings Road, Dresden, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, 17 days-time served, hold for ICE deportation; dismissed, Driving Without a License; dismissed, Display of Registration Plates; dismissed, Violation of Financial Responsibility.

Tony Dedmon, Concord Cades Road, Trenton, guilty, Driving While Suspended-second or subsequent offense, 16 days jail, must take substantial steps to get license; dismissed, Driving to Exercise Due Care; dismissed, Leaving Scene of Accident-property damage; dismissed, Failure to Provide Immediate Notice of Accident.

Stacy Lynn Hinson, Big Buck Road, Trezevant, guilty, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $750 fine, 9 days jail, probation; dismissed, Driving While Suspended Second or Subsequent Offense.

Scott Alan Johnson, Sunrise Avenue, Nashville, guilty, Driving While Canceled-Second or Subsequent Offense, $150 fine, 48 hours jail, probation, must obtain license; dismissed, Violation of Financial Responsibility.

Tyriana Lewis, Gin Street, Bradford, guilty, Probation Violation, time served of 14 days; probation extended.

David McDonald, Elm Street, Greenfield, guilty, Assault-Bodily Injury, time served of 27 days; dismissed, Vandalism.

Kayla Miller, Marlene Drive, Jackson, guilty, Probation Violation, 20 days jail; probation extended.

Thomas Miller, Van Hook Drive, Milan, guilty, Driving While Canceled, $100 fine, 48 hours jail, must obtain driver’s license, probation.

Jonathan Navarro, Stonewall Street, McKenzie, Driving While Canceled, guilty, Violation of Financial Responsibility, $50 fine, jail time served, probation, must obtain valid license.

Edwina Rhenae Parker, Thorne Lane, Huntingdon, guilty, Driving While Suspended, time served, probation, must obtain license; dismissed, Violation of Financial Responsibility.

Courtney Powell, Hog Hollow Loop, Springville, guilty, Compulsory School Attendance, one day jail time served, probation, child has been enrolled in a Weakley County School.

Debbie Reynolds, Reynolds Road, Huntingdon, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, 18 days jail, alcohol and drug evaluation and counseling, not to drive for one year, DUI School; dismissed, Simple Possession; dismissed, Driving Without a License; dismissed, Violation of Financial Responsibility.

Rylee Rushing, Ginger Lane, Camden, judicial diversion, Underage Driving While Impaired, time served, alcohol and drug evaluation and counseling; dismissed, Window Tint Violation; dismissed, Underage Tobacco, Hemp or Vaping.

Lloyd J. Sawyer, Park Circle, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation, 10 days jail, probation extended.

The following cases were dismissed.

Stephanie Harris, Cherry Avenue, McKenzie, dismissed, Allowing Dogs to Run At Large.

Valencia Johnson, Brianfield Cove, Jackson, dismissed, Failure to Appear.
