From the Apr 15, 2025 e-EditionHUNTINGDON (APRIL 9) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on April 9.
Bryan Bradshaw, Farris Carter Street, Atwood, was bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court on the charges of Possession or Casual Exchange, Possession of a Weapon by a Felon, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.
The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.
Cortnee LaFond, Main Street, Huntingdon, guilty, Disorderly Conduct, $50 fine, probation.
Josie Latch, Forrest Avenue, Camden, guilty, Probation Violation, guilty, six months jail - suspended to time served, probation extended.
Daryl Ross, Winston Place, Paris, guilty, Simple Possession, $750 fine, probation, alcohol and drug evaluation and counseling.
The following cases were dismissed.
Emily Jeanne Hood, Walnut East, McKenzie, dismissed, Failure to Appear.
Maurice Lawrence, homeless, McKenzie, dismissed, Criminal Trespass.
Crystal Mealer, Spruce Street, McKenzie, dismissed, Driving While Suspended.
