Colton Blake Kyle, Green Valley Road, Bruceton, was bound over to the Grand Jury on Schedule VI Drugs - Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess.
The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.
Allysa C. Burnett, Purdy Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Probation Violation, Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange, $750 fine, 11/29 jail suspended except 30 days; dismissed, Disorderly Conduct; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Keith Butler, Imogene Street, Memphis, guilty, Driving While Suspended-Second Offense, $250 fine, probation.
Jimmy Fuzzell, Magnolia Avenue, McKenzie, guilty, Theft, supervised probation, two days jail, no contact with victim.
Tyler Christopher House, Highway 70, Cedar Grove, pre-trial diversion, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $350 fine, probation; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; dismissed, Light Law Violation; dismissed, Financial Responsibility.
Allison Lawrence, Johnson Road, Atwood, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, 30 days jail, not to drive for one year; dismissed, Evading Arrest Flight-Vehicle.
Joey Miller, Wildersville, guilty, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $750 fine, 180 days jail to run concurrent with Henderson County sentence; dismissed, Criminal Impersonation.
Jordan Nolen, Mill Avenue, McKenzie, guilty, Theft of Merchandise - Shoplifting, 48 hours jail, $99.27 restitution to retailer, probation.
Robert Nunn, Cherrywood Avenue, McKenzie, guilty, Driving While License Canceled, $100 fine, time served, supervised probation for six months.
Dawn Sherri Richie Pillow, Spring Street, Dickson, guilty, Public Intoxication, probation.
David Alton Puckett, Spruce Street, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation, 11/29 jail, can receive day-for-day credit for successful rehabilitation treatment; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Kieavn Tharpe, Wren Avenue, Camden, guilty, Probation Violation, 20 days jail, probation extended for five months.
The following cases were dismissed.
Cody Bourne, McAdams Road, Huntingdon, dismissed, Reckless Endangerment, Driver Failed to Exercise Due Care; dismissed DUI-First Offense.
Rasshad J. Brown, Arbor Place, Memphis, dismissed, Resist Stop, Arrest, Search; dismissed, Driving While Suspended; dismissed, Failed to Stop at Stop Signs; dismissed, Violation of Financial Responsibility; dismissed, Driver Failed to Exercise Due Care.
Steven E. Crawford, Main Street, Trezevant, dismissed, Criminal Impersonation; dismissed, Driving While Revoked.
Amanda L. Powers, Christian Chapel Road, Cedar Grove, dismissed, Failure to Appear; dismissed, Forgery (four counts).
Kaitlynn Autumn Webb, Palmer Street, Union City, dismissed, Disorderly Conduct.
