The following cases were bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court.
Austin Avery, Clark Street, Huntingdon, was bound over to the Grand Jury on charges of Evading Arrest-Flight Vehicle; Reckless Driving; Registration Expired; Speeding.
Jessica Gooch, School House Road, Yuma, was bound over on charge of DUI-First Offense.
Jonathan Layne Martin, Highway 79, Atwood, bound over on charges of Possession of Firearm with Intent to Go Armed-Dangerous Felony; Unlawful Possession of Weapon; Resist Stop, Arrest, Search; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Meth-Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possession with Intent.
The following cases resulted in a guilty finding or plea.
Paul Castillo, Hemlock Street, Bruceton, judicial diversion, Failure to Appear, $100 fine, judicial diversion for six months.
Susan Coplin, Highland Drive, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion, Possession Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $150 fine, 20 days jail, probation, in-patient rehab for at least 90 days.
Kevin P. Decker, guilty, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $750 fine, 30 days jail, supervised probation, attend 90 hours of outpatient counseling; dismissed, Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange; dismissed, Driving While Revoked.
Ricky Echelberger, homeless, guilty, Criminal Trespass, 30 days jail, probation.
Peter Gaskins, Batey Lane, Bruceton, guilty, Theft of Merchandise-Shoplifting, 11/29 jail suspended to 48 hours; no contact with Walmart, supervised probation, $58.35 restitution.
Rosa Hampton, Highway 219, Huntingdon, guilty, Failure to Appear, sentence to run consecutively with another sentence.
Brandon Hugueley, Boham Road, Dyer, guilty, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $250 fine, supervised probation.
Pamela D. Jarrett, Highway 79, Atwood, guilty, Resist Stop, Arrest, Search, $50 fine, time served, probation; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; dismissed, Simple Possession; dismissed, Meth-Possess or Casual Exchange.
Curtis W. Kaehler, Grace Street, Barstow, California, guilty, Shoplifting, 11 days jail, supervised probation; dismissed, Violation of Order of Protection; dismissed, Unlawful Telecommunication Device in Penal Facility.
Brad Stacy Langley, Victory Road, Sharon, guilty, Failure to Appear, $100 fine; Driving While Canceled-Second or Subsequent Offense, must obtain a valid driver’s license; guilty, Violation of Financial Responsibility; dismissed, Improper Use of Vehicle Registration.
Christopher L. Mann, Allen Street, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation, 20 days jail, four months extended probation.
Brooklyn McCaslin, Johnson Street, Trezevant, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, 48 hours jail, not to drive for one year, alcohol and drug evaluation, probation.
Tyrese D. Mebane, Paris Street, Huntingdon, judicial diversion, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, $250 fine, probation; dismissed, Window Tint Violation; dismissed, Simple Possession.
Chaz Richmeier, Oak Manor Road, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation, 11/29 jail to run concurrent with another sentence.
Shane Ridley, Bobbitt Road, Bruceton, guilty, Probation Violation, 11/29 jail, may receive credit for successful completion of inpatient rehab at Hope Center.
Tosha M. Stubblefield, Bobbitt Road, Bruceton, guilty, Probation Violation, may receive credit for successful completion of inpatient rehab.
The following cases were dismissed.
