Jeremy R. Coleman, Main Street, Atwood, was bound over to the Grand Jury of the Circuit Court on charges of Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange; Contraband- Intoxicant/Drugs in a Penal Facility.

Cheryle Baughn, Stavely Road, Medina, guilty, Drivers License Must Be Carried, 30 days in jail.
Joshua Cashman, Stonewall Street, Driving While Suspended - Second or Subsequent Offense, $350 fine, probation.
Ralph Dennie, Jr., Hillcourt Circle, Huntingdon, guilty, Driving Without License, guilty, Violation of Financial Responsibility, $50 fine, probation; dismissed, Driving Unregistered Vehicle.
Kelly Depriest, Lone Oak Drive, Huntingdon, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, 48 hours jail, probation, 90 days alcohol and drug evaluation and counseling; Dismissed, Driving Unregistered Vehicle; dismissed, Violation of Financial Responsibility; dismissed, Driver Failed to Exercise Due Care; dismissed, Driving While Revoked.
Larry Jackson, John White Road, Ripley, guilty, Light Law Violation, $50 fine, probation; dismissed, Simple Possession.
Matthew Brian Moore, Highland Heights, McKenzie, dismissed: Disorderly Conduct, and Resist Stop, Arrest, or Search. Already served 26 days in jail.
Loagan Riley Singleton, Old Union Loop, Paris, guilty, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $500 fine, probation, alcohol and drug assessment; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; dismissed, Speeding.
Colione Sharp, Elm Street, McKenzie, guilty, Driving While Revoked-Second or Later Offense, $250 fine, probation.
Jennifer Thomspon, Porter Street, Paris, guilty, Driving While Canceled, $100 fine, must obtain driver’s license, probation; dismissed, Display of Registration Plate.
