Zachery James Fortune, Highway 124, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation, Public Intoxication, 30 days jail, probation extended.
Brian A. Jackson, Main Street, Atwood, is guilty of Failure to Appear, must complete a minimum 90-day inpatient treatment program, and is on probation.
Lawrence S. Norman, Jr, Leona Street, Milan, guilty, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $400 fine, probation; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Julius Dean Owens, Kemp Street, McKenzie, guilty, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $1000 fine, forfeit $75,000-$8,639 to attorney; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Dante R. Parker, Walnut Avenue, McKenzie, guilty, Failure to Appear, Contempt of Court, Drivers License Must Be Carried, $50 fine, supervised probation, unspecified jail time.
Steven A. Savoy, Union Church Road, McKenzie, guilty, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $250 fine, 11/29 jail, which can be substituted day-for-day with successful completion of inpatient alcohol and drug treat; dismissed, Simple Possession; dismissed, Criminal Impersonation.
Wolf Eric Schexnider, Main Street, Atwood, guilty, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, $750 fine, probation, forfeit guns; dismissed, Unlawful Possession of Weapon; dismissed, Meth-Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess; dismissed, Schedule VI Drugs - Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess.
Christopher Stanford, Clay Farm Road, Atwood, was found guilty of Driving While Revoked and sentenced to $100 fine, 48 hours jail, probation, and a mental health counseling evaluation.
The following cases were dismissed:
Jerry Lynn Clark, Yates Street, Paris, dismissed, Schedule I Drugs - Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess; dismiss, Schedule VI Drugs - Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess.
Matthew Hardy, Walnut Street, Paris, dismissed, Driving While Revoked.
Adrienne Jackson, Mandaly, Paris, dismissed, Failure to Appear.
Starla Stewart, Main Street, McKenzie, dismissed, Probation Violation.
Kelly Turnbow, Walnut Avenue, McKenzie, dismissed, Driving While License Suspended.
Keanthony Weatherford, dismissed, Driving While Revoked; dismissed, Violation of Financial Responsibility.
