HUNTINGDON (May 21) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on May 21.

Bound over to the Grand Jury were:

Bethany Malone, Hurt Street, Huntingdon, bound over, Meth-Possess or Casual Exchange; bound over, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Holly Charlene Smothers, Westport Road, Huntingdon, bound over, Meth-Manufacture, Deliver, Sell, or Possess with Intent; Schedule VI Drugs - Manufacture, Deliver, Sell, or Possess; Driving While in Possession of Meth; Possess/Sell/Barter/Give Away Legend Drugs; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; Violation of Financial Responsibility.

Kerry Lee Suratt, Park Circle, McKenzie, bound over, DUI-First Offense, Implied Consent.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.

Crystal Dawn Alexander, Main Street E., Trezevant, guilty, Simple Possession, $250 fine, alcohol and drug counseling, $50 fine for contempt; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Sean Bradley Beasley, Morris Street, McKenzie, guilty, Allowing Dogs to Run At Large.

Daniel Brian Dickerson, Barren Springs Road, Hollow Rock, guilty, Schedule IV Drugs-Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess, guilty, Theft, $150 fine, probation, shotgun seized and $1,747 seized; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; dismissed, Possession of Firearm With Intent To Go Armed.

Anthony Harris, Jr., Poplar Street, Paris, guilty, Driving While Suspended, $150, probation, must obtain a valid driver’s license; dismissed, Seatbelt Violation; dismissed, Speeding.

Michael Hudson, Wahl Street, Milan, guilty, Meth--Possession or Casual Exchange, $750 fine, jail sentence suspended except 30 days, probation, alcohol and drug evaluation, in-patient treatment; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Christopher McCaslin, Gardner Road, Cedar Grove, guilty, Public Intoxication, 30 days jail suspended to 12 days; dismissed, Driving While Revoked; dismissed, Aggravated Criminal Trespass.

Wynter Minchelle Strayhorn, Walnut Avenue, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation, 15 days jail, probation extended.

Christopher Dakota Terry, Gleason, guilty, Probation Violation, 11/29 jail.

Brian Tyrell, Jessie Lane, Huntingdon, guilty, Aggravated Criminal Trespass, supervised probation, no contact with victim, $1,200 restitution; guilty, Theft; dismissed, Vandalism.

Anthony Wooley, Wildersville, guilty, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $1,000 fine, 11/29 jail suspended to time served,; dismissed, Schedule II Drugs; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

The following cases were dismissed: Joshua Dickerson, Barren Springs Road, Hollow Rock, dismissed, Theft, Schedule VI Drugs, dismissed, Possession of Firearm, Intent to Go Armed; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Maurice Lawrence, homeless, McKenzie, dismissed, Criminal Trespass.

Carl Morris, South Fork of Creek Road, Huntingdon, dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia; dismissed, Possession of Handgun Under the Influence; dismissed, Unlawful Possession of Weapon; dismissed, Meth-Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess With Intent in a drug-free zone. 11/29 supervised probation, alcohol and drug evaluation and counseling.
