Ashley Ward, Burlington Road, Milan, bound over, Schedule II Drugs - Manufacturing, Delivery, Sell, or Possess; bound over, Evading Arrest Flight.
The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.
Timothy Gene Chappell, Buck Ditch Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Theft of Merchandise,11/29 sentence suspended to two days, probation, no contact with the convenience store, $98.67 restitution.
Daniel Chrismon, Main Street, Atwood, guilty, Casual Exchange, $750 fine, probation; dismissed, Possessions Of Drug Paraphernalia.
David Curneal, South 10th Street, Murray, judicial diversion, Domestic Assault, probation, no contact with victim, alcohol and drug assessment and follow medical directive.
Matthew Thomas Dillingham, Kee Street, Hollow Rock, guilty, Disorderly Conduct, $50 fine, 24 hours jail; dismissed, Vandalism.
Michael Gilbert, Hope Lane, Waverly, guilty, Driving While License Suspended, must take steps to get license, probation.
Joshua Morris Gray, Highway 70, Huntingdon, guilty, Criminal Trespass, probation, no contact with victims.
Eric Lee Hand, Apple Lane, Holladay, guilty, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $750 fine, probation, alcohol and drug evaluation and counseling; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Aaron Wesley Hopper, Laurel Street, Bruceton, guilty, Public Intoxication, dismissed, Disorderly Conduct.
Elizabeth McCord, Glover Street, Atwood, guilty, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $400, probation, alcohol and drug assessment; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Eric Poole, Highway 79, Brownsville, guilty, Driving Unregistered Vehicle; judicial diversion, Reckless Driving, probation.
Isiah G. Willis, Cheatham Street, Bruceton, guilty, Disorderly Conduct, $50 fine, probation.
Brandon Tylor Woodard, Perkins Mill Road, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation, 11/29 jail, may jail time credit for successful completion of rehab.
The following defendants’ cases were dismissed.
Kimberly Bullington-Rimmer, Highway 104, Lavinia, dismissed, Domestic Assault.
Gerald Lee Luther, Vale-McKenzie Road, Hollow Rock, dismissed, Assault on First Responder, dismissed, Probation Violation.
