Four persons were bound over to the Grand Jury of the Circuit Court.

Kevin James Luther, Enterprise Street, Bruceton, bound over on charge of DUI-Third Offense; Violation of Implied Consent.
Mia Rhyne, Newfall Lane, Trezevant, bound over on DUI-First Offense; bound over, Possession of Handgun While Under the Influence; bound over, Open Container; bound over, Implied Consent.
Nicholas White, Terry Road, Cedar Grove, bound over, Evading Arrest; bound over, Tampering with Evidence; bound over, Meth-Possess or Casual Exchange; bound over, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.
James Lee Driggers, Outlook Ridge Cove, Beech Bluff, guilty, 911 Calls in Non-Emergency Situation; probation.
Roger Lawson, Florida Avenue, Trezevant, guilty, Driving While License Revoked; dismissed, Disorderly Conduct.
Michael Leming, Main Street, Atwood, pre-trial diversion, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, $750 fine, probation, alcohol and drug evaluation and counseling; dismissed, Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange.
Sandra Lott, Ferris Carter Street, Atwood, guilty, Child Abuse/Neglect; Endangerment, probation, no contact with child.
Lloyd J. Sawyer, Park Circle, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation,
Michael A. Smith, Walnut Avenue, guilty, Probation Violation.
Andrew Stefaniuk, Herman Street, Nashville, guilty, Theft of Merchandise, eight days jail, $1,229 restitution to Walmart, probation, no contact with Walmart; guilty, Vandalism.
