Three defendants were bound over to the Grand Jury of the Circuit Court.
Cody Allen Campbell, Highway 220, Cedar Grove, was bound over on a charge of Theft of Property—$2,500 to $10,000. A charge of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia was dismissed.
Jeffrey Dalzell, Clark Street, McKenzie, bound over on charge of Incest and Statutory Rape by an Authority Figure; dismissed, Rape of a Child.
Edgar Leroy Longworth, II, Thompson School Road, Huntingdon, bound over on charge of Meth-Possess or Casual Exchange; Unlawful Possession of a Weapon; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
The following cases resulted in a guilty finding or plea.
Bryan Allen, Highway 79, McKenzie, guilty, Driving While Suspended, $50 fine, must obtain license, supervised probation.
Michael Lee Fowler, Bell Avenue, McKenzie, guilty, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, probation, $150 fine; dismissed, Meth-Possess or Casual Exchange.
Timothy S. Hickey, Herd Law Road, Trenton, guilty, Assault-Physical Contact, probation, no contact with victim, must complete rehab; dismissed, Criminal Trespass; guilty, Probation Violation, 90 days jail of the 120-day sentence; may receive day-for-day credit for successful completion of rehab.
Kennon R. Johnson, St. Paul Church Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Probation Violation, extended probation by three months.
Edgar Leroy Longworth, II, Huntingdon, guilty, Probation Violation, 11/29 jail concurrent with Weakley County sentence.
Tyrese D. Mebane, Paris Street, Huntingdon, guilty, Probation Violation, 20 days jail, probation extended.

James David Toombs, Blackburn Road, McKenzie, guilty, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, $150 fine, probation; dismissed, Simple Possession; dismissed, Meth-Possession of Casual Exchange; dismissed, Light Law Violation.
Christian Lee Walker, Lee Court, Callaway, Florida, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, probation, not to drive for one year, alcohol and drug evaluation and counseling; dismissed, Simple Possession; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Vasquez Yarbrough, Smyrna Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Probation Violation, jail time, probation extended.
