Three defendants were bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court.
Christopher Freeman, Bucy Lane, Paris, was bound over on charges of Evading Arrest, Reckless Endangerment, Driving While License Suspended, and Resisting Arrest.
Jacob Mangrum, Mimosa Street, Camden, bound over on charge of DUI-First Offense.
Jeremy David Townsend, Darnall Lane, Huntingdon, bound over on charge of DUI-First Offense; Implied Consent; Failure to Yield to Stop Sign.
The following defendants were found guilty or entered a guilty plea.
William E. Brewer, Highway 70, Huntingdon, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, probation, not to drive for one year, alcohol and drug evaluation, 19 days jail-time served; dismissed, Driving While Revoked; dismissed, Simple Possession; dismissed, Implied Consent.
Wendy Calderon, Highway 124, McKenzie, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, seven days jail, probation; dismissed, Implied Consent.
Clinton Dailey Hoard, Randle Street, McKenzie, guilty, Meth-Possess or Casual Exchange, $750 fine, probation; dismissed, Theft of Merchandise; dismissed, Criminal Trespass.
Jennifer Jordan, Presson Road, McKenzie, guilty, Public Intoxication, 30 days jail suspended to six days, probation.
Karen Munkeboe, High Street, Huntingdon, guilty, Theft of Merchandise, 48 hours jail, $66.62 restitution.
Stacy Renee Parker, 21st Avenue, Humboldt, guilty, Probation Violation, probation extended six months.
Eric Shaun Permenter, guilty, Public Intoxication, must participate in Carey Counseling program.
Samantha Scott, Old McKenzie Highway, Paris, guilty, Reckless Driving, $150 fine, probation; dismissed, Implied Consent; dismissed, Open Container.
Michael A. Smith, Dillon Road, Denmark, guilty, Driving While Suspended, probation for six months, must get license; dismissed, Window Tint Violation.
Pavel A. Smyshlyaev, Yosemite Avenue, Naperville, Illinois, guilty, DUI-Second Offense, $600 fine, 45 days jail, probation; dismissed, Failure to Yield to Emergency Vehicle; dismissed, Possession of a Handgun While Under the Influence.
Aidan Blane Vargason, Concord Moores Chapel, Trenton, guilty, Probation Violation, 20 days jail, probation extended.
Jeremy Scott Vinyard, County Line Road, Atwood, guilty, Evading Arrest, supervised probation.
Ja’Quez Weatherford, Forrest Avenue, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion, Vandalism, $500 restitution, no contact with victim, probation; dismissed, Assault-Threat of Bodily Injury.
Charlotte Wilson, Cole Circle, Hollow Rock, guilty, allowing dogs to run at-large, $50 fine, probation.
