HUNTINGDON (June 18) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on June 18.

One defendant was bound over to the Grand Jury of the Circuit Court.

Gerald Lee Luther, Vale-McKenzie Road, Hollow Rock, was bound over on charges of Violation of Order of Protection-Restraining Order, Violation of Protection-Firearm; Coercion of a Witness.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding:

Amber Boyd, Randel Street, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation, extended probation.

Mark Carey, Patsy Lane, Cedar Grove, guilty, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, $150 fine, probation.

Daron L. Dildine, Will Young Rd., Greenfield, guilty, schedule II drugs, Driving While Suspended; dismissed, Failure to Stop at Stop Sign; dismissed, Violation of Financial Responsibility; $750 fine, must obtain a driver’s license, inpatient drug treatment in lieu of jail is available.

Joshua Morris Gray, Forrest Avenue, McKenzie, guilty, Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange, $750 fine, 11/29 jail, suspended to 240 days to run concurrent with another sentence; dismissed, Disorderly Conduct.

Christina Hampton, Mill Creek Road, Cedar Grove, guilty, Compulsory School Attendance, 30 days jail suspended to 48 hours, probation.

LaFrancio Linder, Haggerway, East Point, Georgia, pre-trial diversion, Failure to Provide Notice of Accident, probation; dismissed, Leaving Scene of Accident.

Ashton James McGee, Armory Street, Huntingdon, Probation Violation, 11/29 jail.

Colton Adam Pierce, Stonewall Street, McKenzie, judicial diversion, Domestic Assault, no contact with victim.

Mandy L. Terry, Stafford Store Road, Greenfield, guilty, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, $150 fine, probation; dismissed, Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange.

Tanner Joseph Vetter, Tower Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange, $750 fine, probation, alcohol and drug evaluation; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Darlareisa White, Main Street, Hollow Rock, guilty, Drivers License to be Carried and Exhibited, 30 days jail; dismissed, Speeding; dismissed, Violation of Financial Responsibility.

Channon Lee Williams, Big Sandy River Rd., Camden, guilty, Probation Violation, unspecified jail sentence.

Mark Douglas Wortham, Jr., Kee Street, Hollow Rock, guilty, Implied Consent Violation, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, not to drive for one year, 11/29 jail, DUI School.

Clinton Dwayne Wright, Walnut Avenue, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation, 11/29 jail; dismissed, Escape.

Cedric Yon, Winston Road, McKenzie, guilty, Domestic Assault, jail -37 days time served.

Jason Zehnick, Ellingron Drive, Milan, guilty, Resist Stop, Arrest, Search, six months jail suspended to 12 days jail - time served; dismissed, Evading Arrest.

The following cases were dismissed:

Clare Anna Joyner, Walnut Circle, McKenzie, dismissed, Driving While Suspended; dismissed, Seat Belt Violation; dismissed, Violation of Financial Responsibility; dismissed, Driving Unregistered Vehicle.

Rondal Martin, II, dismissed, Driving While Revoked Second or Subsequent Offense.

Thomas R. McKey, Second Creek Road, Five Points, Tenn., dismissed, Driving While Suspended; dismissed, Display of Registration Plates; dismissed, Financial Responsibility.
