HUNTINGDON (June 25) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on June 25, 2025.

One defendant was bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court.

Haylee R. Christman, East Lake Street, Camden, was bound over on two charges of Aggravated Child Abuse/Neglect/Endangerment.

The following cases resulted in a guilty finding or plea.

Dillon Gregory, Park Cove, McKenzie, guilty, Driving While License Suspended, Violation of Financial Responsibility; $50 fine, probation, must obtain valid driver’s license.

Elizabeth Minter, Odell Bunn Road, Milan, guilty, Theft of Merchandise, probation, $81.93 restitution to retailer.

Theshia Powers, Spruce Street, McKenzie, guilty, Theft of Merchandise, 11/29 jail.

Gregory Lynn Staten, Quincy Lane, Clarksburg, guity, Destruction and Tampering with Government Records.

Justin S. Robertson, Cotham Drive, Huntingdon, guilty, Public Intoxication, jail sentence suspended to time served, no contact with victim; dismissed, Aggravated Criminal Trespass.

Amanda Gayle Townsend, Friendship Road, Medina, guilty, Meth-Manufacture, Deliver, Sell, or Possess with Intent, $750 fine, jail sentence can offset day-for-day with inpatient rehabilitation, probation; dismissed, Driving While License Suspended; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Katherine P. Trull, Main Street, Atwood, guilty, Escape.

Cayce Denae Walker, Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange, $750 fine, jail 11/29, inpatient rehab program available to reduce jail time; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

The following cases were dismissed.

Jarajia Boatman, Trenton, dismissed, Aggravated Burglary.

Eric Inman, Mulberry Grove Road, Bradford, dismissed, Probation Violation.

Loretta Lynn Williams, Buena Vista Road, Buena Vista, dismissed, Probation Violation.
