One defendant was bound over to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court.
Joseph William Berggren, College Street, McLemoresille, was bound over on charges of Schedule VI Drugs - Manufacture, Deliver, Sell, or Possess; Possession of a Firearm with Intent to go Armed; Possession of a Weapon - Convicted Felon. Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.
Da’Lon Z. Boyd, Highland Drive, McKenzie, guilty, Driving While Suspended, Violation of Vehicle Registration, Violation of Financial Responsibility; Probation Violation; 20 days jail, probation extended, must obtain a driver’s license.
Genning Michella Burnett, Harrison Street, Paris, guilty, Driving While License Canceled, must obtain a valid license, probation.
Joe N. Grooms, Cole Circle, Hollow Rock, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, 11/29 jail - suspended to 48 hours; probation, not to drive for one year, DUI School, alcohol and drug Counseling.
Kennon R. Johnson, Paul Church Road, Huntingdon, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, 11/29 suspended sentence except for 48 hours, not to drive for one year, DUI School; dismissed, Driving While Revoked; dismissed, Implied Consent.
Christopher Mann, Allen Street, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation, 90 days jail; probation extended.
Kenneth Wayne Payne, Jr., Walnut Circle, McKenzie, guilty, Meth-Possess or Casual Exchange, $750 fine, 11/29 jail suspended to 30 days.
Christopher Queen, Renfroe Road, Huntingdon, guilty, Sexual Offender Registration Violation, must complete counseling sessions; probation.
Chas Elliott Robinson, Rowland Mill Road, Buena Vista, guilty, DUI-First Offense, $350 fine, 11/29 jail-suspended to 48 hours, supervised probation, not to drive for one year, DUI School, alcohol and drug evaluation; dismissed, Implied Consent, dismissed, Seat Belt Violation, dismissed, Improper Lane Change.
Channon Lee Williams, Big Sandy River Road, Camden, guilty, Probation Violation, 10 days jail, probation extended.
Erica Wilson, Cherry Avenue, McKenzie, guilty, Driver’s License Must Be Carried, 30 days probation; dismissed, Failure to Obey Traffic Control Device.
The following cases were dismissed.
Timmy Aderinoye, Terrie Dr., Millington, dismissed, Driving While Suspended.
Jason D. Bivens, Dodd Street, Bruceton, dismissed, Driving While Suspended.
