Ja’Tavion L. Wigfall, Haven Road, Murfreesboro, guilty, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, 30 days jail, probation; guilty, Simple Possession, Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, 11/29 jail; dismissed, Theft.
Derek A. Williams, Nuckolls Road, Bolivar, guilty, Theft of Merchandise, 20 days jail, $20 restitution to Walmart, no contact with Walmart and another victim, may receive day-for-day jail reduction for successful completion of rehab; dismissed, Harassment.
