HUNTINGDON (August 8) — The following cases were heard in Carroll County General Sessions Court on August 8.

Three defendants’ cases were bound over the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court.

Ashton James McGee, Jessie Lane, Huntingdon, was bound over on charges Evading Arrest-Vehicle, Reckless Driving, Speeding, and Failure to Carry Driver’s License.

Joseph Lee Scott, Walnut Avenue, McKenzie, bound over on charge of Meth-Possess or Casual Exchange.

Adam Richard Seavers, Sand Hill Road, Lavinia, bound over on charge of Meth-Manufacture, Deliver, Sell or Possess; Tampering with Evidence; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.

Charles William Arant, Perkins Mill Road, Memphis, guilty, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia, $750 fine, 19 days jail; dismissed, Meth-Possession or Casual Exchange; dismissed, Vehicle Must Stop at All Stop Signs; dismissed, Unlawful Removal or Altering Registration Tag; dismissed, Driving While in Possession of Meth.

Dora Lee Ewald, Paris Street, Huntingdon, guilty, Probation Violation; guilty, Simple Possession; dismissed, Meth-Manufacture, Deliver, Sell, or Possess with Intent; dismissed, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Stephanie Renee Howe, Magnolia Avenue, McKenzie, guilty, Reckless Endangerment, $500 fine, time served, probation.

Kevin Jones, Florida Court, McKenzie, guilty, Driver’s License Must Be Carried; dismissed, Light Law Violation.

Ryan Murphy, Fairlane Drive, Greenfield, guilty, Harassment, probation, no calls to law enforcement that are not legitimate emergencies.

Jarrid Dewayne Sterling, Adell Street, Hollow Rock, guilty, Driving While Canceled, 48 hours jail, probation, must obtain valid license.

Ryan James Townsend, Adell Street, Hollow Rock, guilty, Probation Violation.

Lamont Treadway, Hebron Church Road, Bruceton, guilty, Probation Violation.

Luis Alberto Vallellanes, Bayliss Avenue, Memphis, guilty, Simple Possession, $750 fine, six days jail; dismissed, Public Intoxication.

The following cases were dismissed.

Dallas Baker, Thompson Road, Huntingdon, dismissed, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange; dismissed, Violation of Financial Responsibility; dismissed, Driving Without a License.
