Brandie White, Calhoun Street, Humboldt, bound over, Financial Exploitation Elderly/Vulnerable Person; bound over, Aggravated Neglect of an Elderly/Vulnerable Adult.
The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding.
Jerry Kyle Jr., Eden Farm Road, Camden, guilty, Public Intoxication, $10 fine; guilty, Violation of Order of Protection/Restraining Order, $100 fine, 11/29 supervised probation, must obtain and wear a GPS monitor, may request termination of GPS device by petitioning court, counts 1 & 2 concurrent - GPS required post-conviction.
Tyriana Lewis, Hwy 45, Martin, guilty, Probation Violation - Booked, probation extended for five months, may receive day for day credit following inpatient rehab.
John D. McDaniel, West Main Street, Union City, DUI: First Offense, $350 fine, 11/29 supervised probation until all conditions completed, must not drive in Tennessee for one year, DUI school.
Justin R. Page, Country Lane, Dover, guilty, Probation Violation - Not Booked, no fine, 11/29 sentence credit for 297 days, was incarcerated in Stewart County.
Chasidy S. Robinson, Green Oak Drive, Huntingdon, guilty, Driving While License Cancelled - 2nd or Subsequent, $100 fine, supervised probation until conditions met, must obtain a valid Tennessee driver’s license; dismissed, Light Law - Motor Vehicle; dismissed, Financial Responsibility Law.
Chasidy S. Robinson, Green Oak Drive, Huntingdon, guilty, Driving While License Revoked - 2nd or Subsequent, $100 fine, supervised probation until all conditions complete, must obtain a valid Tennessee driver’s license; dismissed, Use of Handheld Mobile Telephone Prohibited While Driving.
