The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or finding:
Emily E. Lineberry, Stigall Road, Camden, guilty, Driving While License Canceled, $150 fine, six months supervised probation until conditions complete, must obtain a valid Tennessee driver’s license; dismissed, Financial Responsibility Law; dismissed, Light Law – Motor Vehicle.
Jamie P. O’Mahony, Lexington Street, Huntingdon, guilty, Driver’s License to be Carried and Exhibited, no fine, unsupervised probation; dismissed, Criminal Impersonation; dismissed, Speeding.
Christopher Brian Page, Highway 69 North, Paris, guilty, Driving While License Canceled, $250 fine 11/29, supervised probation for 11/29, must obtain a valid Tennessee driver’s license; dismissed, Light Law – Motor Vehicle.
Romeo Perez, Rolling Hills Park Cove, Yuma, guilty, Probation Violation – Booked, no fine, 11/29, can receive day-for-day credit upon successful completion of rehab after serving 90 days.
Mark Rougeou, Langford Store Road, McKenzie, guilty, Probation Violation – Not Booked, supervised probation for 11/29, must maintain employment.
Kenneth Whitson, Harrison Street, Paris, guilty, Probation Violation – Booked, no fine 11/29.
The following case resulted in judicial diversion:
Ramona Deniecy Hernandez, Holmes Mill Road, Huntingdon, judicial diversion, Electronic Cigarette Sales to Minors, $10.00 30 days, unsupervised probation for 30 days, 10 hours of community service, must attend vape class and provide a certificate of completion to the court.
The following cases resulted in pre-trial diversion:
Michael D. Kemp, King Loop, Buena Vista, pre-trial diversion, Allowing Dog to Run at Large, no fine, 22/58 pre-trial diversion, $7,840 restitution, unsupervised probation 22/58, Hicks Plea.
Santiago Perdomo Montova, West Main Street, Blue Mountain, Miss., pre-trial diversion, Theft of Merchandise – Shoplifting, no fine 11/29, $42.49 to Walmart, no contact with Walmart, must complete 100 hours of community service, supervised probation for sentence.
The following cases were dismissed:
Karen E. Cox, Pleasant Hill Road, Hollow Rock, dismissed – cost to defendant, Theft of Merchandise – Shoplifting, no fine, restitution of $43.56 to Walmart.
Jeannie Alberta Gaskin, Batey Lane, Bruceton, dismissed, Theft of Merchandise – Shoplifting, $25.14 to Walmart, dismissed upon payment of costs and restitution.
Kimberly Gazaway, Holmes Road, Huntingdon, dismissed, Probation Violation – Booked; dismissed, Probation Violation – Booked.

Noah G. Lozano, Magnolia Avenue, McKenzie, Probation Violation – Booked.
