Criminal Trespass — According to a report made by Officer Jonathan McDowell, he reported to Huntingdon Walmart in reference to criminal trespassing. Security officer Joe Lowe stated that Rosa V. Hampton, 22, was in the store where she was previously banned. After checking the defendant for any warrants she had a warrant out of Shelby County, so she was transported to Carroll County Jail for hold.

Disorderly Conduct — According to a report made by Officer Jonathan McDowell on November 8, he responded to a store on Main Street for a call on Domestic Violence. Dispatch advised that the owner of the store stated he had a female inside the store wanting to speak to the police about her boyfriend. She stated he was having a mental health crisis and she just wanted to get away from him. The male involved was in a vehicle with their young son outside the store. Gerald L. Luther, 37, was outside in a gray SUV when backup police also pulled up and he started acting very aggressively. He had clinched fists and was yelling “let’s do this” at the police. Luther eventually complied with the police and was arrested and went to Carroll County Jail for Disorderly Conduct.

Public Intoxication — According to a report made by Sgt. Tony King on November 11, he responded to a call of a man unconscious in a yard in Huntingdon. Upon arrival to the home, the owner of the home directed him to an area beside his house where William A. Hollowell, 63, was lying with a bottle of whiskey by his head. An ambulance also responded to the scene, and he was eventually placed under arrest for Public Intoxication and transported to Carroll County Jail.

Shoplifting — According to a report made by Officer Jonathan McDowell on November 9, he reported to Walmart in reference to shoplifting. According to Security Officer Joe Lowe, a male named Eric Wright had stolen a Reebok hoodie, black pants, and a black hat and was currently in the store wearing the stolen merchandise. In total he has 11 counts of shoplifting from Walmart and owes $305.91 in restitution.

Shoplifting — According to a report made by Officer Jonathan McDowell on November 9, he reported to Walmart in reference to shoplifting. Security Officer Joe Lowe said he had caught Frederick L. Moore Jr. shoplifting food. His total amount of restitution to Walmart is now $62.58.
