Aggravated Child Abuse and Neglect — According to a report by Officer Brad Allen, on November 25, 2024, he issued a warrant on Brenna Clark, 29, of Huntingdon. On October 28, the Department of Children services requested a hair follicle on Brenna’s -old child which came back positive for methamphetamine. On November 26, Brenna Clark was taken into custody at the D.C.S. office in Camden and transported to Carroll County Jail.

Domestic Assault — According to a report by Officer Jonathan McDowell, on November 21, Melissa Eason, 34, of Huntingdon, assaulted a family member by slapping the victim in the face during a heated argument. A call was made to dispatch and they both admitted on scene the assault happened. Melissa was transported to Carroll County Jail for booking.

Criminal Trespass — According to a report made by Officer Kristen Lee, she observed James Hinson, 76, on Hucks convenience store property after having prior knowledge of him being banned from Hucks in November. Hinson committed Criminal Trespass by entering a property without the consent of the business.

Domestic Assault — According to a report made by Officer Malachi Arline, officers were dispatched to Hill Court in response to a domestic disturbance. The caller stated their 18-year-old son had physically attacked both his mother and father. Tristin’s mother had bruises from being punched and his father had a busted nose from also being punched by Tristin. Tristin Whiteside, 18, of Huntingdon, was transported to Carroll County jail after the investigation

DUI, Reckless Driving, Resisting Stop — According to a report by Officer Jonathan McDowell, Eric Wright, 44, was seen driving reckless through the town running off the roadway and nearly striking other vehicles and driving into oncoming traffic. Eric wrecked his vehicle on Paris Street from being extremely intoxicated. A drug paraphernalia pipe with white residue and open containers of fireball whiskey was found in the vehicle. He was transported to Carroll County Jail.
