Aggravated Criminal Trespass — Justin S. Robertson, 47, was charged with Aggravated Criminal Trespass and Public Intoxication on July 13.

Officer Richardson identified Robertson banging on the victim’s door on Green Oaks Drive. Robertson reportedly smelled strongly of alcohol and was found to have a bottle of liquor. He was transported to Carroll County Jail.

Domestic Assault — Tera Wiggs, 46, was arrested for Domestic Assault on July 15.

Officer Kristen Lee was dispatched to an altercation occurring in Walmart’s parking lot. The victim stated that Wiggs assaulted him, clawing at him and leaving cuts on his fingers while trying to pry the victim’s phone away. A store employee witnessed the situation. Officer Lee played Wiggs under arrest.

Shoplifting — Thomas Cannon, 24, was charged with Shoplifting on July 3.

Officer Richardson was dispatched to Walmart regarding Cannon, who had previously been observed shoplifting on January 9 and June 5. He had stolen $369.64 worth of items over time.

Cannon was issued a State Misdemeanor Citation for Shoplifting and given 10 days to book into Carroll County Jail.

Theft of Property — Donald Gordon and Jannaroffer Parker were identified stealing a wallet with over $665 inside at Walmart on July 12.

Warrants were issued for their arrest for theft of property under $1,000.

Driving on Revoked — Ronnie Maxwell, 70, was charged with Driving on Revoked on July 7.

Officer Malachi Arline was traveling eastbound on West Main Street when Maxwell operating a vehicle. Officer Arline had previous knowledge of him not having a current driver’s license. Officer Arline pulled Maxwell over and gave him a misdemeanor citation and 10 days to book into Carroll County Jail.

DUI — Angel Arenivar, 34, was charged for Driving Under the Influence and Reckless Driving on July 8.

Officer Dexter Richardson observed a Toyota Tundra traveling at a high speed. The driver, Arenivar, continued to drive at a high rate of speed and eventually pulled over. Officer Richardson immediately detected an odor of alcoholic beverage coming from Arenivar. Arenivar failed a standardized field test. He was arrested and taken to Carroll County Jail.
