Theft of Merchandise — On 08-08-25, Officer Brad Allen was contacted by Walmart store security that a carnival worker identified as Erik Siliezar, 42, came into the store on August 4 and took an East Sport backpack without paying for it. Erik admitted to taking the backpack and was transported to Carroll County Jail.

Criminal Trespass — On July 30, officers were dispatched to Huck’s gas station about a male subject who had previously been trespassed from the property. The subject was Maurice Lawrence, 32, homeless. He was found at McDonald’s, where he was also trespassing, so he was transported to Carroll County Jail.

Driving on Revoked License — On July 16, Officer Malachi Arline was parked in the AP Dairy Bar parking lot when he observed the driver of a 2004 Ford holding a cell phone and operating the vehicle. He initiated a traffic stop and the driver, Patrick Harris, 47, had a revoked driver’s license. He was arrested for Driving on a Revoked License, 1st offense.

Driving on Revoked License — On July 24, Officer Angie Barker held a traffic stop on Chasidy Robinson, 28, for a violation of the Hands-Free Law. After pulling her over, Barker learned that Chasidy’s license was revoked. Chasidy was given 10 days to report and book into Carroll County Jail for driving on a revoked license.

Driving on Revoked License — On July 26, Officer Malachi Arline was conducting radar enforcement when he observed a 2007 Ford F150 traveling 50 mph in a 30-mph zone. The driver, Mary Gordon, 50, had a suspended license. She was given 10 days to book into Carroll County Jail.

Criminal Trespass — On July 27, Officer Richardson was dispatched to Hill Court for a report of Tyler Davis, 30, stealing bicycles belonging to children. Davis admitted to taking the bikes because he had believed the children tampered with his motorcycle, so he was trying to “teach them a lesson.” Davis was staying with a girlfriend but didn’t have legal residency, so he was arrested for criminal trespassing and taken to Carroll County jail.

Domestic Assault — On July 13, Sgt. Tony King responded to a call on assault in Hunter Ridge Apartments. Aussie Welch, 52, was the alleged offender and had left the scene. Officers found him several miles from the scene. The victim stated that Welch punched her in the head out of anger. He also backed into another victim’s vehicle before leaving the scene and had stated it was intentional. He was booked and transported to Carroll County Jail.
