From the Nov 11, 2025 e-EditionDriving on a Revoked License, Speeding — According to a report made on October 27, Officer Malachi Arline observed a beige 2006 Honda traveling 73 mph in a 55-mph zone on Highway 22 North. The speed was confirmed by radar. A traffic stop was conducted on Veterans
Drive North, where the driver was identified as Tae Lee, 67, who presented a California identification card.
A records check through dispatch revealed that Lee’s driving privileges had been revoked since 2016 due to a prior DUI conviction. Lee was issued a misdemeanor citation for Speeding (73 mph in a 55-mph zone) and Driving on a Revoked License. He was advised that he had ten days to report to the Carroll County Jail for booking and to receive a court date.
