From the Apr 23, 2024 e-EditionCriminal Trespass — Ricky Echelberger, 68, was arrested on April 10, 2024 for entering Walmart in Huntingdon after being told he was not allowed back on the premises by Sgt. Parham on April 9, 2024.
Domestic Assault, False Imprisonment — Eron Dunagan, 43, of Huntingdon, was arrested on April 10 for Domestic Assault. The victim had stated to a doctor that Eron had injured the victim the night before and the doctor requested an officer come speak with her. The victim had bruising on the right arm where she indicated the defendant grabbed her and pulled her into the house and would not let her leave. She also had a laceration on the roof of her mouth and bruising where he shoved his fingers down her throat. Dunagan was taken into custody and has a long history of violent charges including domestic assault.
Driving Under the Influence — Eric Inman, 43, of Bruceton, was arrested on April 15 for Driving Under the Influence. A concerned citizen made a call reporting a reckless driver coming into Huntingdon from Highway 77. Officer Townes found the vehicle and spotted it crossing the lane multiple times. After making a traffic stop, Inman was very unsteady on his feet and had a six pack of bud light platinum visible in the passenger seat and had a smelled odor believed to be alcohol coming from him. Inman failed the sobriety tests and was transported to Carroll County Jail.
