Driving on Revoked, Suspended, Driver’s License — According to a report made by Officer Jonathan McDowell, on August 21, he was on patrol on Hwy 22 South when he clocked a black Yukon traveling 69 mph in a 55-mph zone on radar. He made a traffic stop on Summer Springer, 28, when he found out she had a Suspended Driver’s License. She was charged with Driving on Revoked and Speeding.

DUI 4th, Driving on Suspended Driver’s License — According to a report made by Officer Malachi Arline, on August 27, he was dispatched to 152 Drew Court in Huntingdon following a report of William Hollowell, 63, of Huntingdon, banging on a woman’s door and shouting for her to come outside. Upon arrival, he learned Hollowell was heavily intoxicated. The homeowner said he left the scene and was driving a gray Nissan. After going to Hollowell’s residence, Hollowell pulled into the driveway and was driving and exited the vehicle with a strong odor of alcohol on his breath. He was too intoxicated to perform field tests and had a revoked license. He was taken to Carroll County jail.

Fraudulent Use of Pre-Paid Gift Card — On August 22, Officer Jonathan McDowell took a report in reference to a scam. Upon scene, the victim stated she received an e-mail from a cash advance company claiming she had been approved for a loan. The company needed her to go to the store to get a prepaid card to receive the loan. The loan was to be 5,500 dollars. But according to her bank statement she had -$1,952.27 on her account and she stated who she was in communication with about a loan but never heard from him again.

Theft of Property — On August 26, Officer Jonathan McDowell received a call on his cell phone from Ethan Lee. Mr. Lee said that he had a Husqvarna weed eater stolen from his property valued at $250.
