From the Oct 7, 2025 e-EditionWarrant Service — Timothy Scott Hickey, 36, Brighton, Tenn., was arrested on two outstanding warrants issued in Carroll County General Sessions Court.
Officer Dalton Raspberry along with other officers, arrested Scott on October 2, on Old State Route 22 on a warrant of Criminal Trespass and Theft.
Warrant Service — Charles D. Dunning, 41, listed as homeless in McKenzie, was arrested on October 2.
Officer Tanner Jackson responded to the area of Linden Street and Maple Avenue, where an anonymous caller reported Dunning was in the area. Officer Jackson responded to the area and arrested Dunning and transported him to Carroll County Jail.
