Domestic Assault — On 02/28/25, Carroll County Deputies were dispatched to a home on Bobbitt Road in Bruceton for a possible domestic situation. Deputy Bongiovanni arrived and met Gregory Allen Harvey, 51, of Bruceton outside of the home. Gregory stated his girlfriend had scratched him, so he defended himself, but then changed his story to she slapped him, but Gregory didn’t have any marks. After speaking to his girlfriend, she had visible markings on her face from being struck by a closed fist. The victim stated after he hit her and busted her lip he continued to yell and spit on her until she was able to run away and call the police. Harvey was arrested for domestic assault.

Drug/Narcotic Violation — On 02/28/2025, Deputy Chance Townes initiated a traffic stop on a 2000 Mitsubishi light blue in color for failure to maintain lane, but the vehicle took off instead of stopping. After a chase ensued the car eventually wrecked on Providence Cemetery Road causing the driver, Kevin Jones, 36, of McKenzie, to be arrested. After a search was done on Jones and his vehicle he was charged with felony evading, possession of fentanyl, methamphetamine, marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia — On 02-28-25, Deputy Alex Sherwood was dispatched to a home in Huntingdon in reference to a disorderly person at this home. Joshua Morris Gray, 44, of Huntingdon, was screaming and making threats toward the complainant’s children; he was reported trespassing and attempting to set fire to a shed on the property. Gray was extremely uncooperative and aggressive towards law enforcement. After being arrested, meth was found in his pants pockets.

Driving on Revoked/ Suspended License — On 03-01-25, Deputy Alex Sherwood conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in Clarksburg for failing to maintain lane of travel. Cheryle Anne Baughn, 35, of Medina, was the driver and sole occupant of the car. She had a suspended driver’s license and an active Violation of Probation warrant out of Jackson. She was placed under arrest and transported to Carroll County Jail.

Theft of License Plate — On 03/01/25, Jacob and Alisha Holland reported that the license plate on Jacob’s truck was reported stolen. He suspects someone came into his driveway the night before and stole it off his truck. Nothing else to report right now.

Simple Assault —On 03/02/25, Deputy Alex Sherwood was dispatched to a home in Bruceton in reference to a physical disturbance and threats being made. Upon arrival, Dylan Carfi and Allizae’e Neill, 22, of Dover, were sitting in a car waiting. Allizae’e Neill had a laceration near her right eye and scratch marks on her neck.

She advised that someone hit her, and she was inside the residence at that time; and Neill appeared to be very intoxicated. Carly Anderson made the 911 call and was inside with another female, Bailey Underwood and a male Kelsie Jablonski was present with them. They advised they were at a bonfire across the street and there hadn’t been issues. Then Allizae left and added Carly on snapchat and sent a threatening message to her. Carly apparently blocked her, and Allizae returned to the property.

Bailey went outside to ask her to leave the property, and she allegedly hit Bailey and bit her in the right hand and a struggle ensued. During the altercation, Kelsie attempted to break up the fight when he was hit in the left eye by Allizae causing visible injury. Kelsie did not prosecute for the assault; however, Bailey did wish to proceed with charges. Based upon the statements made, Allizae was the primary aggressor and placed under arrest for assault.

Drug/Narcotic Violation — On 03/02/25, Deputy Sunny Crews-Sherwood was dispatched to Clarksburg Church of Christ for a suspicious person. On arrival, Deputy Crews met Ray Brian Russel, 51, of Huntingdon, who had a strong smell of marijuana on him.

Russel had been staying in the back room of the church where HVAC systems are kept. He stated that he had been there for a while. The church members stated the past three weeks they could smell marijuana but didn’t know where it was coming from. After searching, he had a large amount of marijuana buds in a plastic jar and ground up marijuana in a separate smaller plastic jar weighing about 60 grams. Also recovered was a pipe, two vapes, and a cannabis bag. Russell stated he brought the marijuana from Michigan and brought it back with him. He was booked into Carroll County Jail.

Dog at Large — On 03/04/25 a victim on Connie Allen Road called in a dog at large situation. The dog was in her yard growling at her and pooping in her yard. The owner called the dog into the garage before deputies got there. On 02/26/25, Sergeant Kenny Tucker told the owner of the dog Sara Lee Mitchell, 42, of McKenzie, that if another call was made, she would be cited into court. The defendant will be cited into Carroll County General Sessions Court for animals at large and given 10 days to book into Carroll County Jail.

Drug/Narcotic Violation — On 03/06/25, deputy Alex Sherwood was dispatched to Holmes Street in Trezevant in reference to subjects on the caller’s property trying to get into their cars. Deputy Sherwood observed the defendant sitting in a car apparently stuck in the field next to the caller’s residence. A strong odor of marijuana came off the defendant, David Autry, 39, of Trezevant, because he had 12 grams of marijuana in a baggy on his person. After giving permission to search, in David’s out building where he resides, two females opened the door and marijuana was immediately detected. On the nightstand was another bag of marijuana and 3 grams of methamphetamine.
