From the Nov 5, 2024 e-EditionDisorderly Conduct — On October 26, deputies got a call about a disorderly person on Renfroe Rd. in Huntingdon. When deputies arrived Joe Lindsey stated that Daniel Lott was at his property talking to him about scrapping out a trailer and as they were talking Daniel became violent and threatening Lindsey. Daniel Lott was yelling and threatening him until his brother Jason Lott persuaded him to leave. Deputies went to talk to Daniel about the incident at his residence in Atwood. Lott started yelling and threatening deputies to get off his property and would not listen to deputies. He was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct.
