Driving on Revoked License — On February 2, Deputy Dustin McClure initiated a traffic stop after observing a white Chevrolet Equinox traveling on East Main Street, Huntingdon, with window tint darker than the legal limit and a registration issue.

The vehicle’s license plate returned to a different vehicle, and the driver, Toni Pearson, 53, of Huntingdon, advised she did not have a valid driver’s license. A records check confirmed Pearson’s license was revoked for DUI out of Carroll County. The report further indicated the offense was Pearson’s fourth driving on revoked violation, with prior offenses dating back several years.

Pearson was taken into custody and transported to the Carroll County Jail, where she was booked on a charge of driving on revoked license (fourth offense)- Bond was $2,500. Verbal warnings were issued for the window tint violation and improper registration. The incident occurred in Carroll County.
