Reckless Endangerment — According to a report filed by Deputy Heather Townes on April 22, she and Deputy Crews-Sherwood responded to a call on Bryant Road in Atwood. The caller stated her house had been shot. The homeowner stated she heard several loud bangs which she thought was a neighbor working next door until she walked down her hallway and saw bullet holes on the inside of her home. It entered through the back, went through two walls, a mirror and out of the front of the home. There were also bullet holes in the small building that was on the property beside the home as well. It is still under investigation who shot towards the home.

False Imprisonment — According to a report filed by Deputy Alex Sherwood on April 21, he was dispatched to Highway 77 in Hollow Rock in reference to a 911 caller that advised he had been run off the road by another vehicle. The caller, Malachi Johnson, 19, advised he was a firefighter and was responding to a call when he got ran off the road. He detained the driver of the car that “ran him off the road” and criminally impersonated himself as an undercover Henry County police officer. Johnson was also smoking cigarettes while underage. He was taken to Carroll County Jail.
